Yes you have it, just as the title says an eye watering abs session giving you a 6 pack to die for. This class will work your trunk
muscles giving you a tighter waste and a stronger back. This is a floor based workout, working to some fresh and funky beats.

1 Minute Muscle Maker

A fantastic boot camp style class with a combination of one minute cardio followed by one minute weight session. This class
will be sure to improve all over muscle tone and stamina. A great class for all abilities. so get ready to sweat!

Skip Hop

What a work out this is! You have seen how fit boxers get from the rope so come and see how fit it makes you! Using a boxers
skipping rope, classes are mixed with shadow boxing, kick boxing and cardio  blast skipping, all to the latest hip hop beats.
This class will give you an all over body work out that any one can do.

Super 70's Step

Dust of that disco ball and get down to our super 70's step class. A great spin on a classic class that will leave you feeling fit like
the fittest disco diva around.

Pump it up!

A weight based class to pumping sounds to help sculpt the whole body. This strength class using bar bells and dumb bells will
change your shape and define your muscles. No more bingo wings!!!!!

Lush Legs, Beautiful Bum & Tight Tumm's

Come and feel the burn in all the right places. A fantastic class that will get you hot a sweaty and toned as hell. Exercise that will
increase muscle tone on the legs, bottom and tummy, we will get you a beach body in no time.

Step to the Beat

This class is suited to your more experience stepper. We combine complex step chorography with the latest beats. You will soon
notice an improvement in your ability to pick up our had and fast chorography. This class will challenge both your mind and body.
