Entry Yoga
Never taken a class in yoga before? Then this is place to start. There is
nothing worse than not knowing what's
going on! Our instructor
will take you through each of the moves clearly naming them, assisting you on
the correct
technique and giving the opportunity to ask question with out
feeling like an amateur. This class will give you
confidence and a firm
understanding of yoga terms and positions, so that you can become a seasoned
expert
Aerial
Yoga
Totally relax, your mind and body with the weightlessness of aerial yoga. Use
gravity and a suspended silk swing
to stretch and aligned your body further than
you ever imagined. The suspended silk swing enables you to hold
difficult
positions for longer. No aerial experience is necessary as you will learn simple
inversion techniques to
move into what normally would be impossible poses,
relieving compressed joints and aligning the the body.
Aroma Yoga
Surrounded in beautiful candle light, essential aroma therapy oils and calming
music, aroma yoga will relax the
mind, body and soul. Unwind and stretch
out the days stresses in relaxing environment. This class is suitable all
levels
Baby Bump Yoga
Our pregnancy yoga classes will physical and mentally prepare expectant mothers
for their forth coming arrival.
Deep breathing exercises to help with labour,
stretching to help with lower back pain and body breath awareness,
will all help
towards a more comfortable birth. These classes are also suitable for new
mothers.
Ashtanga Yoga
A traditional form of Hatha yoga that generates heat through vigorous flowing
series of yoga postures combined
with enhanced breathing to develop strength
and flexibility. Yoga experience is required for this class as it is
more
challenging.
Hot Stuff Yoga
Turn up the heat for some hot and hard yoga with a great music beat. Listen to
the latest tracks while you get
a sweat on working through a series of
challenging yoga poses. DJ requests are always welcome!
Elastic Fantastic
Our elastic fantastic classes will get you stretched and flexed, improving your
range of movement so that every
day activities become easier. Touching your toes
will no longer seam to far away! The elastic class will begin with
a gentle
mobility warm up, then we work through the body breathing our way to a more
flexible body. We
recommend every one take an elastic fantastic class,
especially if you are taking one of our aerial or pole classes.
Stretch the Senses
Soothing music, relaxing aromas, candle light and deep breath connected
stretching, will lengthen your muscles
and energise your body. Great for all
levels of flexibility and reduction of stress levels.
Baby
Massage
A fantastic way for parents to bond with baby, promote relaxation and sleep,
improving sleep patterns, stimulates
respiratory, immune, digestive and
circulatory systems. Massage can also help with relief from colic, wind,
constipation and mucus.
Vertical Meditation
A 30/60 minute meditation class, to relax and rejuvenate the mind.
Pilates
Traditional mat based exercises strengthening the abbs, butt, hip and legs,
giving you a core to die for!
Prop
Pilates
We add props such as bosu, weighted balls, and body bar to maximise your core
potential. Great for athletes,
sports people and any one else who wants a core
of steel!
