The X-Pole & X-Stage

X-Pole Video Instructions
X-Pole is supplied as a complete set including a 1 hour instructional DVD performed by our very own KT Coates.


Step 1 - Check the contents Remove all the parts from the X-Pole box, lay them out, identify them and check the contents.	Step 2 - Choose a Pole location Select your pole dancing location, measure the ceiling height and place the X-Pole base in position.

Step 3 - Choose your extensions Use the height chart to select any extensions (if required).	Step 4 - Locate the ceiling joists Locate the ceiling joists by tapping with a finger or using a stud/joist locator. Adjust the X-Pole base position to mid point between the joists.

*Step 5* - Fit the extensions to the base (if required) Attach any extensions to base insert. Extensions always fit at the bottom of the pole smallest first.	Step 6 - Attach lower main pole. Screw the lower main pole onto the extension or base insert. Tighten firmly by hand.

Step 7 - Prepare Adjuster rod Take off the adjuster cover tube and wind the adjuster locking nut to the top of the adjuster.	Step 8 - Fit adjuster Screw the adjuster into upper main dance pole until the nut touches the top of the pole.

Step 9 - Fit adjuster cover Slide adjuster cover into position just covering the O-ring.	Step 10 - Attach the Upper Dome Slide the upper dome onto adjuster shaft. X-Pole uses a long adjuster shaft with 3 bearings to lock the dome at 90 degrees to the Pole.

Step 11 - Fit the poles together Attach upper pole assembly to lower pole. Screw up tightly and hold vertical.	Step 12 - Tighten Adjuster Unscrew the adjuster by hand until it is firm against the ceiling. Make sure the upper dome is flat.

Step 13 - Tighten the tubes Using the tightening and release rods tighten the pole sections firmly but not over tight.	Step 14 - Final check Tighten the X-Pole adjuster with spanner until it is really firm. Check for movement and retighten if there is any movement.

Step 15 - Fit adjuster Cover Slide the adjuster cover up, press in the two sprung pins and lock in place	Step 16 - Ready to go! After a final check for movement X-pole is ready for use. Where ever it's used X-Pole is up and ready for action in minutes. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
