The Vertical Studio

The Vertical Studio is a new concept in fitness for all of the family. Over 5,000 sq feet of circus, dance, fitness, beauty and child care facilities under one roof. Located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, in a beautifully restored Victorian house and hall. NOW OPEN!!!!

All classes Vertical Studio dance, fitness and circus classes are taught by specialist trained and qualified staff. It is our goal to provide continually up to date fitness and dance lessons to make exercise fun for all.
 

Circus Skills

We have a dedicated circus skills studio with aerial classes such as Silks (tissue), Trapeze, Rope (cord de lisse), hoop and cloud swing, with circus classes in unicycle, juggling, Diablo, stilt walking, tight rope and much more. Classes are on offer for both adult, children and special events such as corporate days and parties. The circus studio has a fully functioning 200 seat theatre for all types of events and competitions.

Mind & Body

The Vertical studio has a state of the art Pilates and Yoga facility, catering for all styles, ages and specialising in pregnancy and baby yoga. The beautiful studio will hold up to 15 participants taking part in classes such as mediation, relaxation, stress minimising and well being. All equipment is supplied but if you wish to bring your own mat you are most welcome.

Dance & Fitness

Classic dance classes such as ballet and tap will be on offer as well as new forms of dance such as Street, Zumba, Salsa, Break, Capoeria and pole dancing. We have put a contemporary spin on our fitness classes to entice those who would normally shy away from group exercise, making them fun and different. Most importantly the Vertical Studio are committed to moving with the times, so that your dance/fitness experience is one you will continue to repeat.
Children's dance and fitness classes are a great way to keep the kids entertained, learn a new skill and help with their posture, grace and flexibility for later life

Crèche

Are you a parent and find it difficult to to make time to get fit or learn a new skill? At the Vertical Studio we have a stimulating and safe crèche for your children to play safely while you exercise or learn a new skill. Advanced booking online or via telephone will be required.....

Cafe

The Vertical Cafe is a great place to relax, have healthy food and drink and socialise with friends. We serve both hot and cold food and during the summer months we have an outdoor dining area. The cafe caters for children's birthday parties and events.

Hair & Beauty

Thinking of a beauty treatment or a spar day then Vertical beauty will panda to your every needs. We have facials, nail treatment, massage, a Botox clinic and much more on offer. We can also cater for hen pamper parties and beauty evenings. Once renovations begin we also hope to include a hair salon, but as always our ideas could be bigger than the space we have, so watch this space!
